Junior Sho-Kushin Karate - 3rd - 8th Grade

CMA specializes in child behavior, development, self discipline, self control, confidence, teamwork, health and fitness, respect, and self defense. Martial arts builds self-confidence and teaches discipline which will provide a solid foundation from which your children will develop strong character.

Adult Sho-Kushin Karate

Due to the goal setting, positive encouragement and respect for values that are part of all martial arts programs, the greatest benefit usually reported by martial arts students is greater self-confidence. You become more comfortable in all situations – whether you’re in danger or simply doing a task that takes you beyond your comfort zone — and you’ll discover you can accomplish anything you set your mind to.

Muay Thai

Chuck Cawthon has trained many Muay Thai champions over the years. You do not have to compete/fight to enjoy the health benefits of kickboxing or Muay Thai, but the option is always there if you do decide one day to fight inside the ring.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Jiu Jitsu, or Brazilian Jiu Jitsu as it is commonly named outside Brazil, is a grappling orientated martial art/combat sport that evolved from its Japanese roots in 1920’s Brazil, and continued to evolve for many decades after until its present format.

MMA - Mixed Martial Arts

Mixed martial arts (MMA) is a full-contact combat sport that allows striking and grappling, both standing and on the ground, using techniques from various combat sports and martial arts.

Judo

Judo is a popular martial arts style and Olympic sport with a rich, though relatively recent history. Breaking the term judo down, ju means “gentle” and do “means the way or path.” Thus, judo translates to "the gentle way." Beyond being a popular martial art, judo is also a combat sport.

Wrestling

Wrestling is a combat sport involving grappling type techniques such as clinch fighting, throws and takedowns, joint locks, pins and other grappling holds. Mondays 6:15pm-7:30pm

Fitness kickboxing

Kickboxing workouts offer several benefits for your body and mind as well as being a great choice for getting out of a fitness rut. Whether you're a fitness fanatic or just getting started with a workout routine, kickboxing can help you reach your fitness goals.
