    Time: 5:45pm-6:45pm
  • Day: Thursday
    Time: 5:45pm-6:45pm
  • Day: Saturday
    Time: 8:30am-9:15am


What To Expect?

Since you’ll be punching a heavy bag, you’ll need to protect your hands with boxing/MMA gloves. Feel free to bring your own, or we have a variety of gloves available for purchase at the gym.


Please bring to you first class:


  • Comfortable loose fitting gym clothing
  • Sneakers or tennis shoes
  • A towel
  • Bottle of Water
